Workers Compensation

The law provides inalienable rights and important benefits to those who have the misfortune of being injured in the course of their employment. Expert in the laws and processes governing Workers’ Compensation, the lawyers at Ethridge, Quinn, Kemp, McAuliffe, Rowan & Hartinger assist clients in assuring payment of medical bills, in receiving compensation while under medical care, in pursuing payment for permanent disability, and in helping secure vocational rehabilitation for those clients physically unable to return to their profession due to their medical condition.

Not everyone who is injured on the job is entitled to workers compensation benefits.

Although the law does not require the worker to prove that someone else caused them injury, the worker does have to prove that they sustained an Accidental Injury or Occupational Disease. Because these terms are subject to somewhat complicated definitions and matters of proof, it is important that you seek immediate counsel and have legal representation as early in the process as possible to ensure your rights as a worker are being protected.

For further information on the workers’ compensation practice at Ethridge Quinn, or to review the firm’s record of success, please contact Scott Hartinger, Mike Rowan or Mike McAuliffe.
