Samantha Beyda

Samantha Beyda

Samantha Beyda, a native of Washington D.C., graduated from Holton-Arms School in Bethesda, Maryland and received her undergraduate degree in communications from the College of Charleston. After graduation, Samantha returned home and worked as a paralegal at a litigation firm in D.C., where she assisted attorneys in both criminal and civil matters. Samantha earned her Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law.

During law school, Samantha interned with the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office in both the District and Circuit Courts. After graduating from law school, Samantha returned to the State’s Attorney’s Office, where she served as an Assistant State’s Attorney in the District Court as part of their legal fellowship program.

Samantha practices primarily in the areas of criminal, civil and commercial litigation. Samantha is licensed to practice law in both Maryland and in the District of Columbia. She is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association.

Samantha resides in Bethesda, Maryland. She spends time away from the practice of law volunteering at several local charitable organizations.
